Case Results

June 2026 – DWAI Charge Dismissed

A resident of NYC employed as a driver by a national delivery company was charged with VTL §1192.1 DWAI. Attorney Trank secured a dismissal of the alcohol charge preserving the driver’s license and employment.

June 2026 – “Failure to Move Over” Ticket Dismissed

A New Jersey driver was charged with violating VTL §1144-a(a). The original plea offer was rejected, and attorney Trank ultimately secured a dismissal of the ticket at trial.

June 2026 – Two Speeding Tickets Totaling 8 points Dismissed

A New Paltz driver was issued two separate speeding tickets totaling a potential of 8 points. Attorney Trank was successful in securing a dismissal of both tickets.

April 2026 – Misdemeanor Charges Dismissed

An Ulster County man was facing a misdemeanor charge of Obstructing Governmental Administration (PL §195.05). Attorney Trank filed a written motion challenging the legal sufficiency of the charge. The court granted the motion and the charge was dismissed.
